Granite Empire of Cincinnati was opened in September of 2020 and started by 2 owners who saw the opportunity and immediately got to work. Then you’re the right person for this position if you have

• Minimum 5 years customer service experience
• Minimum 1 year negotiating sales experience
• Microsoft office, excel, and word experience
• Internal design experience is a plus
• Time Management and organizational skills
• Granite and Cabinet sales is a plus
• Professionalism with helping customers
• B2B Sales is a big plus

• Less than 5 years of experience in customer service
• Less than 1 years of negotiating sales experience
• Don’t enjoy helping and assisting customers

If you have the experience and skills for this role the responsibilities are

• Schedule customers for measurements and install and keep constant communication with customers.
• Help customers design cabinets and countertops
• Meeting and exceeding weekly goals
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
• Handle any complaints and schedule repairs
• Send jobs to fabrication by confirming the measurements with the customers invoice.
• Keep good communication with all departments.
• Interact with customers that come in the store.
• Team up with co-workers to make excellent proper customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $600.00 per week
